FLOORPLAN FITNESS

Commercial equipment supply

Equipment for people who are actually opening a gym.

Commercial fitness equipment, specified and sourced by someone who has done the build-out. Serving Florida and the Southeast, shipping nationwide.

No account. No minimum order. Most quotes go out within one business day.

What to expect

Guidance before the purchase order.

We have been on your side of it.

Before this was a supply company, we co-owned gyms. We know which equipment gets used every day and which piece sits in the corner collecting towels.

Direct from the manufacturer.

Your equipment ships from the factory to your floor. No warehouse markup, no middleman handling it twice, and the manufacturer warranty stays intact.

We plan the room, not just the order.

Send us your dimensions and your expected headcount, and we will tell you what realistically fits, what to skip, and what can wait for phase two.

Commercial equipment only

Different steel. Different warranty. Different service life.

We source across manufacturers rather than pushing one product line. The order is built around the work your room needs to do.

Strength and free weights

Power racks, half racks, competition rigs, platforms, bars, bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, benches, and storage.

Cardio

Commercial treadmills, rowers, bikes, ski machines, and stair climbers selected for facility use, not a spare bedroom.

Functional and conditioning

Turf lanes, sleds, rope anchors, plyo boxes, medicine balls, and the installation hardware that makes the training area work.

Flooring

Rubber tile, roll flooring, platform inserts, and turf matched to the activities above it and the slab underneath it.

Rehab and recovery

Therapy tables, mobility equipment, and recovery tools for clinics and facilities with a clinical requirement.

Storage and accessories

Wall storage, plate trees, dumbbell systems, gym clocks, anchors, and the practical hardware that gets forgotten until opening week.

Sequence matters

How the planning actually works.

Four steps, and you own the first one.

  1. You measure the room.

Square footage, ceiling height to the lowest obstruction, door widths, column positions, and what is underneath you. We will tell you exactly what to measure and where. These are your numbers and everything downstream depends on them.

  2. We review the scope.

Member count, training model, budget, opening date. This is where we tell you what to cut and what you will wish you had bought.

  3. The manufacturer drafts the layout.

For approved lines, their design team produces the floor plan from your dimensions. It comes back on their drawing, with their equipment specified to their own clearances.

  4. You verify before anything is ordered.

Confirm the critical measurements at the actual install location. Ceiling heights are rarely uniform across a room, and a sprinkler head in the wrong place is a lot cheaper to find now than on delivery day.

Scope-based quoting

No package pricing. No padded equipment lists.

A 2,000 square foot rehab clinic and a 2,000 square foot strength studio need completely different plans. We quote the facility in front of us instead of forcing it into a preset tier.

We will send back a real equipment plan, not a catalog.
