Shipping & Returns
How equipment ships
Equipment ships directly from the manufacturer to your facility. Most commercial equipment moves by LTL freight rather than parcel carrier. Freight terms, liftgate service, inside delivery, and installation are quoted per order and will be itemized on your quote.
Inspect before you sign — this matters
Freight damage is covered by the manufacturer's claim process, but only if it is documented at delivery. Before signing the delivery paperwork:
- Open and inspect every crate while the driver is still present
- Photograph any damage to packaging or product
- Note the damage in writing on the bill of lading before you sign it
Signing a clean delivery receipt and reporting damage afterward makes a freight claim significantly harder and sometimes impossible. Two minutes at delivery protects the whole order.
Lead times
Lead times are the manufacturer's current estimate at the time of quoting and can change. Custom configurations, non-standard colors, and made-to-order items take longer. We quote lead times alongside equipment so your opening date drives the order.
Returns
Returns follow the applicable manufacturer's policy, which will be stated on your quote. Commercial equipment typically carries a restocking fee, and return freight is generally the customer's responsibility. Custom and made-to-order items are usually non-returnable.
Before an order is placed we confirm model numbers, quantities, dimensions and site details with you in writing. That step prevents almost every avoidable return.
Defective equipment
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. If something arrives defective, contact us and we will open the claim with the manufacturer and stay on it until it is resolved.
