FLOORPLAN FITNESS

Who we outfit

The room dictates the order.

Member count, supervision, floor loading, liability, and available circulation space all change the right equipment plan.

1,200 – 2,500 sq ft

Boutique studio

Typically 8 to 20 people on the floor at once. Your budget goes to versatility, not machine count. The most common mistake here is buying a second cardio piece instead of the storage and flooring that make the room usable.

2,500 – 6,000 sq ft

Strength and CrossFit facility

Rig configuration and floor loading drive the budget more than the equipment list does. Ceiling height decides your rig before your budget does.

Clinical use

Physical therapy and rehab clinic

Lower loads, higher durability requirement, and equipment your insurer and your inspector will both ask about. Table height and clearance matter more than capacity.

Unsupervised, small footprint

Hotel and resort fitness room

Real liability exposure. Equipment selection here is a safety decision as much as a fitness one. Anything with a free-moving weight stack needs a second look.

Leasing amenity

Apartment and HOA amenity center

Used unsupervised at all hours. Durability and low maintenance beat spec sheets. Plan for equipment that can be serviced without shutting the room.

Converted office space

Corporate wellness room

Usually a space with height and floor loading limits nobody checked before the lease was signed. Measure first.

Every one of these has a version that does not work in your specific room. Send us the dimensions and we will tell you which one you are in before you spend anything.
