Quotes and pricing

All pricing is quoted per facility and is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the quote. Quotes are not offers to sell until accepted in writing by Floorplan Fitness. Lead times quoted are the manufacturer's estimates at the time of quoting and are subject to change.

Measurements and site conditions

Equipment recommendations and floor plans are produced from dimensions and site information supplied by the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of those measurements and for verifying critical dimensions at the actual installation location before an order is placed. Ceiling heights, obstructions, door widths, and floor conditions frequently vary within a single room.

Scope of our services

Floorplan Fitness is a commercial equipment dealer. We specify equipment using manufacturer spec sheets and published clearances. We do not provide architectural, engineering, structural, or code compliance services, and nothing we provide should be relied on as such. Questions regarding structural loading, permitting, egress, accessibility compliance, or building code should be directed to a licensed contractor or design professional.

Orders and cancellations

Orders are placed with the manufacturer on customer approval. Cancellation and restocking terms follow the applicable manufacturer's policy and will be stated on your quote. Custom and made-to-order items are generally non-cancellable once production begins.

Delivery and freight

Equipment ships directly from the manufacturer. Freight terms, delivery windows, and any liftgate, inside delivery, or installation services will be stated on your quote. See our Shipping page for inspection requirements at delivery.

Warranty

All equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Floorplan Fitness does not provide a separate warranty and is not the warrantor. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims with the manufacturer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
