When you submit a quote request we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, phone number, email address, location, facility details, and anything you write in the message field. We also collect standard web server information such as pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and send your quote, to follow up about your project, and to place an order with a manufacturer if you approve one. Placing an order requires sharing your delivery address and contact details with the manufacturer and their freight carrier.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone other than the manufacturers and carriers required to fulfill an order you have approved.

Retention and access

We keep quote records for as long as needed for business and tax purposes. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@floorplanfitness.com.
